A shortlist is a confession that we didn't do the work. If we send you more than one name, we have failed our own brief.

Engineers vet engineers.

Recruiters can't tell you whether someone reasons about distributed locks correctly. So they don't run our screening. Engineers do.

Operations is product.

Payroll, benefits, compliance, and the management surface are not 'back office.' They are the product. We build them with the same rigor as the talent pipeline.

The platform is included.

We don't charge per seat for the software that manages the people we placed. That is bundling the same problem twice.
