Heystaff engineers work a standard 40-hour week. Anything beyond is pre-approved and billed at 1.25x — but in practice it's rare; we'd rather staff up than burn out.
What currency do we get billed in?

Default is USD. EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD, and CAD billing available on request — we handle FX on our side, you get one flat invoice.
Are there hidden taxes or fees?

No. The hourly rate is all-in. We carry employer-side taxes, benefits, hardware, and platform costs on our balance sheet.
Is there a minimum contract length?
