What we provide
Sourcing, vetting, employment-of-record services, and access to the Heystaff operating platform for managing placed staff.
Fees and billing
Monthly invoices cover the engineer's salary plus a transparent operating fee (15–18%) or a custom enterprise rate. No platform per-seat charge, no recruiting commission.
Confidentiality
We are bound by mutual NDA on every engagement. Engineers sign your IP and confidentiality terms in addition to ours.
Re-match guarantee
If a placement does not work out in the first 30 days, we re-match within 72 hours at no additional fee. Beyond 30 days, standard transition terms apply.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We assist with knowledge transfer and, if you wish, transition the engineer onto your own entity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in New York County.
